Our first quarter sales show a 67% increase over the same period last year, tying it for our 2nd best quarter ever! With 43 properties sold or under contract since January 2011, John's Island Real Estate Company is off to one of its best first quarters ever. No other real estate company even comes close. Some sale prices were at levels we haven't seen in 10 years. We expect our sales to continue at the first quarter pace as buyers are realizing there are great values at these new prices.
